If you find that you can't login...
....then perhaps your member account has been frozen. I've recently frozen approximately 75 accounts due to constant NDR and bounced emails. Most of them were Hotmail account, but there were a variety of other email hosts as well. If you want your account unfrozen, use the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page to send an email with your username, old email and new email that you would like us to configure for you. No member accounts will be unfrozen without a new email address. Alternatively, you can always register again and create a new member account with the current, correct, email address.
