General Site Rules
  • Trading and selling. Trading and selling of items is not allowed on MCSE World without the prior permission of the Administrators.  Trading and selling items is one of the quickest ways to violate a copyright restriction, and we won't have anything to do it. We will edit offending posts or delete them entirely if necessary to keep this type of activity out of our message forums.

  • Braindumps. We define 'braindumps' as the practice of copying and sharing actual certification exam questions in violation of copyright law and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Posting braindumps, links to them, or asking for them in our discussion forums is expressly forbidden. We will edit offending posts or delete them entirely if necessary to keep this type of activity out of our message forums. If you see braindumps being advertised in the Google links, please post about it here.

  • Copyright Violation. Please do not post copyrighted text or material on our discussion boards. We are required by law to remove it immediately. Because of recent legal precedents in the United States where we are headquartered, we are also required by U.S. law to remove links to material on other sites that violate copyright.  We will edit offending posts or delete them entirely if necessary to keep this type of activity out of our message forums.

  • Flaming. Unreasonably abusive and threatening messages will be deleted. We will edit offending posts or delete them entirely if necessary to keep this type of activity out of our message forums.

  • Advertising.
Users who mis-use the private message system to spam other users at MCSEworld will be banned.
We tolerate advertising of other sites and services only if they are relevant to the discussion at hand. For example, if people are asking for free study guides for a particular exam and you are giving away a free study guide for this exam on your site, by all means, please post a link to it - we think this is wonderful. However, if we catch you littering our boards with off-topic posts intended to promote your Web site or product, we will simply delete them and block you from posting again in the future. We encourage those looking to advertise on our site to contact us - we can probably work something out with you.

  • Freedom of Speech. Since we've had problems with members not understanding this concept properly...you're free to say what you like here on these forums within the bounds of common sense and the rules detailed here. However, we reserve the right to edit, modify or delete any post or thread as we see fit to maintain the content of the site in a way that is consistent with our vision for the site. Furthermore, we reserve the right to warn, ban or delete any member account for any reason, stated or not.

  • Respect for fellow users.
Um, what else do we really need to say here...play nice...please.
