I prefer IE just because I am used to it and the IE 7 beta has tabbed browsing which was the only real killer feature I could see that Firefox offered.
OWA does not have all the functionality you get with IE, when used with Firefox but other than that I have not seem any major problems with other sites.

I am a Firefox Fan. I use only Firefox. In rare cases where there are incompatibility issues with websites, I use IE. Eg. If I have to send a mail from Yahoo in an HTML / Rich text format, I have to use IE. Its not only Tabbed browsing that attracts me but also the shortcuts that make my work quick and few of those inntegrated engines where I dont need to go to those websites and I simply enter my search comments, Enter. I got my Search results. Then the extensions, Download Manager, Pop-up blocker, Block Images, just browse over the Options that will get you a lot of information. Also I have really found Firefox to be much secured. Also I have found the webpage loads faster than IE.
It is also able to keep the html format when copying from a webpage to a text file. Eg. When we copy a html formatted text from a webpage and paste it on a note pad, the text copied using Firefox keeps the format which I have not found with IE. There are many more advantages I find over IE ignoring the some websites incompatibility issues. MCSEWorld is very well compatible.
Now-a-days almost all websites are designed that are compatible to Firefox. So I don't feel thats any major issue.

I use FF at work and at home as my main browser, and only use IE for sited that won't let me view them in anything else.
However, I AM waiting for IE 7.

I experienced too many problems and incompatibilities using FireFox, so I uninstalled it and continue to use IE6.
