I have purchased the Syngress 296 book and am trying to download the ebook from their site so I can read it on my PC screen, however their server throws up an HTTP500 error and despite 2 emails they have yet to fix it.

Would anyone be kind enough to help me out by emailing or positing a download link to this book? I can provide proof of purchase and it would help me out immensely

Regards

Mark

mark, i understand your predicament, and even if you were to provide the proof of purchase (which i believe you could), it would still be illegal for any of us to supply you with the ebook. this is and remains something between you and syngress.

Its a shame that Syngress Customer Services does not match the quality of the book, emailed twice and got nothing back, not even a working link. I emailed someone else who is in a different department and hope I get better results from him.

Couldn;t they put the PDF file on the DVD? - Ironically, the PDF file is for sale as an e-book and I can purchase that.....

I asked that very same question when I shot the 70-292 DVD...so at least it's been brought up.
