MOS advise

I am about to complete my MCSA soon, however i am interested in the MOS coarses, however looking at the info I have about the coarses. I am correct in writing...

There are four exams to complete before you get the MOS certificate...
Word
Access
Powerpoint
Excel

I would not get a certificate on completing lets say the Word and Access exams only, or for example one certificate for each exam completed, only would get the certificate on completing the four Office applications exams.
