Don't look in the wrong places ;-) You're liable to miss it. The 120 evaulation cd is in that book. Microsoft quit having it available for download for a very long time now, 2004 is available and 2006 just recently became available on Microsoft's evaulation download site.

Sorry I should have said I am in the UK and the book is unavailable. Any one have the disk and can zip the setup up?

Umm... that would be against US, UK, and international copyright law. It's not ours to distribute.

Don't ever say there isn't one available because I'll find it and I did http://www.amazon.co.uk/Internet-Security-Acceleration-Server-Training/dp/0735613478/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1203560670&sr=1-3
You just have to learn how to search my man. It only took me 2 minutes to find it. Granted when I checked, there is only 1 (ONE) available - so grab it quick
Don't be asking people to violate laws or otherwise get yourself in a hooch of trouble. If you had planned on taking these exams at some point, you should have gathered all your study materials at the time. ;-) People will help within reason, but not at the risk of getting fined or worse.
So invest wisely and just go ahead and buy yourself a technet plus direct subscription (like I do) and you'll have all the software you would ever learn. :-D

addon:
And I wouldn't suggest if it was that limited. I started with the Technet Plus (CD's not DVD's unless it was the only way). When I started it a few years ago, it cost me $549 (regular $679 or higher), renewal was $429, then prices has steadily gone down. The more people buy a subscription, the cheaper it becomes until now its only $249 for renewal. Of course, they don't have to invest in the CD's and monthly mailings now for that lower price and you pick and choose whatever you want from their list as well as maintain your license keys there.
It's still a very good bargain when you consider you get whatever server OS's (most have 10 installs each, some more or less), Office suites, individual office packages, productivity packages of all kinds, each with 10 installs. 5 different Vista packages and the list just goes on.
Here's a small sample of what I can get (licenses removed) the KN part I don't have a choice in regards to the licenses even though its for Korea.

So this is just a very small list, some I use, some I don't but a far bigger list is what I don't use. So it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out this is very worthwhile for study tool(s)

That's a pretty comprehensive list. The TechNet Direct subscription definitely looks like a good deal if you need to study for exams or test MS software. I wish they'd lower the price of some of the MSDN subscriptions, because MSDN includes not only all of the software listed here, but also developer software. That's not important to some people, but I would like to have access to Visual Studio, which isn't included in TechNet Direct.

I only asked for the evalution software not the retail guys. It has previously been available free.
I have the STD edition and I already have study materials just wanted the evaluation as that is what is tested. I figured it must be on someones hard drive somewhere.
The exam expires 31st march hence the urgency.
I never asked anyone to break any laws, lighten up :o)

I did search amazon from your original link (by clicking UK) but it said none available, now there is one, wierd. Still as I already have the study material i'm loath to spend £30 just for a free evaluation, still if no one has it I will.

It doesn't matter if it's been available for free; only Microsoft is allowed to freely distribute it in any format. For example, Boson cannot distribute an evaluation version of Server 2003. Why not? It's free, isn't it? Yes, it is... but only Microsoft can choose to distribute it, or who they allow to distribute it. We could ask Microsoft if they would allow us to distribute it... but we cannot do so without their permission.

If and when you get the evaulation version - read the eula agreement, then you'll understand.

I already have MSDN but obviously this program is too old. I can't see Microsoft chasing someone for providing an evaluation version of a soon to be retired product.
No worries guys thanks anyway, you don't ask, you don't get!

Why don't you contact MS on this as obviously all your normal and legal ways to get this program gave you no results.

No, they probably won't chase me down for it... but I have enough respect for Microsoft to not flagrantly violate their licensing and usage terms.
If you're not worried about them coming after you, why don't you just go pirate it from somewhere? I wouldn't recommend it, but hey, if you're that adamant about getting it...
As the others have linked, there are legitimate methods of acquiring it. It's up to you whether you want to pursue it legitimately or not.

Dude, you're not listening, are you? You cannot legally provide the eval to anyone else - what part of that do you not understand?
We don't allow that that sort of stuff on MCSEWorld. Unless supag33k overrules me, consider this a formal warning.

There are more who don't seem to understand what we mean.
Just looking at this one from Jasonboshe:

It is simply not allowed. Contact Microsoft. I'm pretty sure they will be more than happy to send you a copy of what you need.
